Coming Soon: Play Party Potluck Picnic

On a weekend afternoon
In a community space near you

The Play Party Potluck Picnic is a fun, open, and welcoming space for folks to be who they are. Low expectation, low bar to entry, and high possibility of lots of fun. Being a neurodiverse community, we recognize and celebrate our different sensory experiences in shared spaces. We will play circle games, ring plays, play parties, and folks dances–all simple and fun and taught on the spot. Participants are invited to join the ring, join the no-experience-necessary band, or just snack, chat, and watch. Bring some food or drinks to share if you’d like, but feel free to show up empty-handed. If you’ve been in my uke classes, I’ll teach the songs on the spot (most have only one or two chords). All ages and sensory predispositions welcome!

No registration necessary, but register if you’d like to help out on that day or play in the band so I can contact you beforehand
